Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange & Return it's only valid for 14 days from receiving the items.

To exchange or return an item it must be in the same condition when it been delivered.

To return or exchange an item follow these few steps:

 1. Go to Momo Racing application

2. Click on More

3. Click on Inbox

4. Create a Ticket

5. Mention the order number

6. Mention if this ticket about an exchange or a return

7. Mention the reason for the return or the exchange

8. Wait for customer service reply

Shipping Policy

Exchange & Returns:

Customers are responsible for shipping fees if they wish to exchange or return an item delivered in good condition.

Refund Policy

Club Points:

Upon returning a product, customers will receive club points equivalent to the value of the returned item. These points can be used for future purchases.

Processing Time:

The refund process will be initiated within 1 to 3 working days after the company receives the returned product.

Product Condition:

The company reserves the right to withhold any dues if the returned product shows signs of use.

Product Authenticity:

The company reserves the right to withhold any dues if the returned product is different from what was originally purchased from the company.
